About Us
Global Civic Preservation (GCP) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed in 2006 in the United States and a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) in Ghana, West-Africa. Our primary objective is to preserve our youth, our global society and bridge the social divide by developing and maintaining sustainable educational, recreational, social, community and health awareness programs and services conducive to the geographic area of the beneficiaries that we serve. We aim to cultivate, educate and empower youth and citizens globally for a healthy and productive future that will perpetuate to future generations and will benefit the human race universally. We endeavor to revolutionize social intervention and community development through an array of programs and services for the advancement of the humanity. As an organization, we aspire to be a paradigm for social intervention and development in the 21st century as we empower citizens and serve as a catalyst to bridge the educational and communal segregation between citizens, cultures and nations.
GCP's staff and volunteers work with tenacity to preserve the richness and prize possessions of ethnic cultures, educate on diversity, human rights and empower youth and citizens through formal and informal education, vocational skills, arts and culture to empower citizens worldwide. GCP believes that EVERYONE IS SOMEONE and has a individual and civil right and responsibility in our society. GCP believes that citizens from every culture and nation have positive qualities to offer our global society and those qualities should be preserved and shared for personal knowledge, global awareness, unification, appreciation and human preservation.
GCP's ongoing efforts to revolutionize social change is a collaborative effort as GCP advocates that "It takes a village (individuals, communities, organizations, schools, corporations and government) to raise a child". Our focus is to perpetuate positive influence by cultivating, educating and empowering citizens of all ethnic cultures regardless of race, creed or religion. GCP therefore establishes and relies on collaborative efforts through various entities to fulfill it's vision, mission and objective. GCP believes that everyone has a civic responsibility to our local and global communities and therefore provides the opportunity to share talents, skills, give monetary donations, in-kind gifts and volunteering to preserve one of the earth's most precious possessions....mankind.
